What does White Glove include?
Everything in Full Representation — a licensed agent who works for you through offers, negotiation and closing — plus professional listing photos and every showing handled for you, for $3,000 flat.
Is there a commission when my home sells?
No. White Glove is $3,000, and nothing is owed to us at closing. Whether to offer compensation to the buyer's agent is a separate decision, and it's yours.
Should I choose White Glove or Full Representation?
It mostly comes down to price. Full Representation is $99 plus 1.5% at close, and only if it sells. Above a sale price of about $190,000, White Glove costs less; below it, Full Representation does.
When do I pay?
The $3,000 is paid up front when you start, so there's no percentage taken from your sale proceeds at closing.
Who handles showings?
We do. Showings are scheduled and handled for you, so you don't have to coordinate buyers' agents yourself.
